We require a Trainee Superintendent to work within our clients Ship Management office.

The successful candidate will receive broad and extensive training through direct experience and by working alongside senior colleagues. Activities include, day to day technical ship management, ship inspections, maintenance planning, dry dock repair preparation and execution. 

There will additionally be an opportunity to assist and gain experience with the many projects now under planning or in hand, these include the installation of vehicle decks, major conversion of ships and preparation for upcoming legislative requirements related particularly to emission reduction. 

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly experienced team where the right candidate will gain extensive experience in many aspects of ship technical management and engineering.

The successful candidate will have experience at sea sailing as an Engineer with at least a OOW ticket or Graduate Naval Architect or Degree Qualified Marine Engineer.
