Applications are invited for the position of Second Engineer within the CalMac Ferries Limited Fleet.
Responsible to the Chief Engineer for watch-keeping duties, planned maintenance and breakdown repair work, you will be qualified to a minimum of STCW’95 Chief Engineer III/2 Unlimited.
The successful candidate will also have exceptional technical and professional skills, and be able to demonstrate good leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to think in a creative and innovative manner.
In return you will receive a salary package of £46,116, a shift pattern of 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with 6 weeks rostered leave, and access to join a final salary pension scheme.
